Ash - farmhouse plots and longer runs

Ash sits on the A257 four miles west of Sandwich, on higher ground than the marsh with lighter, chalkier soil at the edges of the village. Plots here are bigger than in Sandwich town - many properties along Ash Street and Molland Lane have 40-80m of boundary fence, and that changes the fence you build. Longer runs get per-metre pricing that works out well, and the ground is easier on post-holes than the Stour valley clay.
