How it works

1. WhatsApp the number. 07763 100 477. Attach a photo of the fence line, the failure point, or the boundary you want built.
2. Send three details. Postcode, rough length (in panels or metres), and what you want - a repair, a replace, or a new build.
3. Ballpark back same-day. Usually within a couple of hours in working time. That is a real price band, not a "starting from" number.
4. If the ballpark works, we book a site walk. Five to fifteen minutes on site. Ground check, post spacing, access assessment.
5. Fixed price after site walk. Written, itemised, no day-rate. If we say £X, that's £X on completion.

Why WhatsApp

Because it is faster than a form, faster than a call, and lets you send a picture. A picture tells us in three seconds what a phone description takes ten minutes of "so it's kind of leaning and the panel next to it is..." The picture also lets us pull the closest local build from memory - Sandwich Bay boundaries, Strand Street frontages, Ash driveway gates - and give a ballpark that reflects the actual spec, not the average.

What to send

• One photo down the fence line - so we can see the run and count panels.
• One close-up of the failure or the boundary - post base, panel corner, gate hinge, whatever the specific issue is.
• Postcode - CT13 or the surrounding area. Tells us access and travel.
• Rough count - "8 panels" or "about 15 metres" is fine, we don't need it exact.
